How to Register, Pay, and Cancel
After you have your course number, follow these steps to register and pay for the course.
- As a new student, complete a Registration Form (click here for the form) by including the course name, number, section, and number of credits you are taking.
- Go to the Support Hub and submit a ticket attaching your completed registration form. Include the full course name in the subject line (ie. Fall Term II, YYYY – EEDUC ####).
- You will receive an email generated overnight after registration. This email will provide a link to “claim” your account. Please check your Spam, Other, or Promotions folders if you don’t see the email in your inbox. Follow the directions from that link to obtain your Lesley University username and create your password. This information will be used for Lesley’s Self-Service system, Blackboard, Dynamic Forms and more. (Note, you will need this information if you are submitting a voucher for the payment of tuition)
- After you have created your username and password, pay for the course via Lesley’s Self-Service system with a credit card (including convenience fees) or via ACH web check (no additional fees). Click on “Financial Information,” then choose “Student Finance” and click on “View Billing Activity and Make a Payment.”
- Email CRRLC@lesley.edu to let our team know that you submitted your Registration Form.
- As a returning student, you may register online via Lesley’s Self-Service system.
- After you have registered, you will be able to pay for the course via Lesley’s Self-Service System with a credit card (including convenience fees) or via ACH web check (no additional fees). Click on “Financial Information”, then choose “Student Finance” and click on “View Billing Activity and Make a Payment.”
- Email CRRLC@lesley.edu to let our team know that you registered for this course.
Before you follow the steps below to redeem a course voucher, please note that the following information is needed to submit your Voucher Request Form:
- Semester and year of supervision
- Name of student intern
- Name of site supervisor
- Lesley program under which the supervision was approved
If you would like to use a voucher, you must take the course for credit. Depending on the course, there may be additional noncredit fees that would not be covered in the voucher.
If you have a Lesley user log-in:
- As a returning student, register for the course via Lesley’s Self-Service system. Indicate that you will be using a course voucher toward tuition for the course.
- Use your Lesley log-in to submit a Voucher Request Form. You will receive an email confirmation after your request has been accepted and the voucher has been applied towards your course tuition.

- You will receive an email confirmation after your request has been accepted and the voucher has been applied towards your course tuition.
- Email CRRLC@lesley.edu to let our team know that you completed this registration and voucher request process.
- You may drop the course/cancel before day one of the course (graduate credit students only) for refund, minus comprehensive fees ($25/credit)
- Contact the Registrar’s Office to cancel
- Once the course has begun, you may not cancel or get a refund
- Review the university’s cancellation and refund policies for credit bearing courses
