Strong coaching within a school can make a significant impact on fostering a culture of collaborative inquiry, developing teacher expertise, and improving student outcomes.
Please join us for a 1-hour webinar with Nikki Drury and Cindy Downend from the Center for Reading Recovery & Literacy Collaborative. They will help you think about the importance of sustained, job-embedded professional literacy learning and coaching and what it looks like in the school environment.
Nikki and Cindy will outline a variety of training options that prepare educators to take on this essential role in school leadership through institutes at Lesley University, live virtual trainings, and asynchronous online courses.
