Lynwood Elementary was the lowest performing school in the Guilderland Central School District in 2011-12. After investing in training primary and intermediate level literacy coaches through Literacy Collaborative, Lynwood became the highest performing school in the district. The change has been so dramatic, all schools in the district are now part of Literacy Collaborative.
